TESTIMONIAL
"Dear Mr. Figg....I was very impressed with your handling of the entire Santa Barbara Ranch hearing. You are an amazing professional; the video of the hearing and your part could be used in classes as a 'how to' document." Joni Gray, Santa Barbara County Supervisor, Fourth District (2008). The Santa Barbara Ranch Project entailed 15 different types of legislative and quasi-judicial actions and over 100 separate land use permits, allowing the development of 71 new residential estates, equestrian center, agricultural support facilities, public amenities and creation of conservation easements for permanent protection of open space and agriculture. The site encompasses 3,254 acres and 85% of the lots comprising an antiquated subdivision commonly known as Naples along the Gaviota Coast.
